Description: Kimber of Oregon Model 84 SuperAmerica .17 Remington. Serial SA17R215 has a 22-inch barrel with a ramp front sight (Lyman white-beaded blade) and a quarter rib (scalloped face, one fixed and one folding express leafs). Features include a checkered bolt knob (two bordered teardrops) and a disc safety. WOOD: Stocked from a AAA-grade claro blank with strong primary and secondary grain structure, appointments include 24 lines-per-inch wrap checkering, scalloped cheek rest with shadow line, checkered steel butt plate with widow’s peak, skeleton grip cap and inletted sling swivel studs. DIMENSIONS: Weight is 6.6 pounds and the length-of-pull is 13.6 inches. CONDITION: The bore is strong and bright. A portion of the crown is unpolished (the area contacting the rifling is properly finished). Metal finish is approximately 97 percent with some faint thinning over the receiver and a hint of plum on the skeleton. Wood is approximately 97 percent. INCLUSIONS: A factory pine box and logo slip is included. The box does not have an end label. Papers are absent.
