German firearm making at its finest!!

This 1968 Krico Model - 600 Hunting is a remarkably smooth action. Bolt operates like its on glass bearings. The only actions that have similar smoothness are the Colt Sauer and the Krag.

The double set trigger breaks like glass.

I belive these Krico's are some of the nicest rifles to come out of Germany!

The rifle retains about 97% of its metal finish. The barrel and trigger guard show no scratches. The markings are deep. Has double set triggers, jeweled bolt and luxury checkering. Overall, this rifle rates in about Very Fine Plus to Excellent Condition especially when considering its age.

The left side of the receiver is marked with an "Eagle over N". The left side of the barrel shank is marked with "Made in Germany". The right side of the barrel shank is marked with "KRIEGESKORTE & Co. STUTTGART" as the maker of this rifle.

Sights / Optics: The front sight is a beaded blade set atop a raised base and is hooded for protection. The rear sights are two flipable "V" notched blades (for 150m & 200m distance) attached to a fixed "V" notched center piece. The German-made 4 x 42 / 49mm Geller-Giessen scope with German #1 reticle has the quick release EAW Claw Mount system. The glass is crystal clear!!
