Left hand Weatherby Mark V 7mm Weatherby Magnum. An early Mark V made in West Germany, serial P15273 has a 24-inch barrel. Features include a polished blue finish, fine walnut stock (rosewood accents, skipline checkering, logo recoil pad) and the early (small) safety lever. DIMENSIONS: Weight (inclusive of Burris bases) is 8.0 pounds and the length-of-pull is 13.3 inches. CONDITION: The bore is bright with small areas of either trace roughness, machine marks or stubborn fouling. Mechanics are solid. Metal finish is approximately 95 percent. Stock finish is well over 90 percent. Given the width of the barrel channel inletting, it is possible the stock was originally profiled for a 26-inch factory barrel with wider contour. The price is firm. $1,100 plus shipping.
