Montana Rifle Company left-hand. This is a really nice custom left-hand gun. It has stainless steel short action and Lilja barrel, with a 25 inch barrel fluted and fitted to a Win. Featherweight Classic stock to keep the weight down at 7.3 lbs. w/o scope.
The gun was barreled and fitted to the stock by Dennis Olson of Plains, MT who knows how to do it right. Barrel and receiver was bead blasted giving it a matte finish. He also did some tweaking of the follower so that it now feeds the last cartridge reliably, at least with any factory round I’ve fed it. I’ve shot some really nice groups with this rifle (pics/loads available). The barrel was properly broken in, and has a round count of <100.
The factory trigger is fully adjustable. Comes with Leupold matte stainless bases/1 inch rings. The stock has one safe ding about the size of a rice grain, but has never been hunted. Very good shooter.
