"Australian Lithgow No1 MkIII SMLE .303 British (R40424)

Serial No. 58509, made in 1920, .303 British, 25.25"" round barrel. Serial numbers are matching except for nose cap. Bore is bright and shiny with strong rifling noted. Stock shows light handling wear with acceptance stamps present on the right side. It is to note that the ""HV"" stamp is visible, this means the rifle has been sighted in with high velocity ammunition. Overall in very good plus condition, action is smooth and functions correctly.
