Antique Marlin Model 1893 Rifle .32-40 - 1894 Mfg.
Description:
On consignment we have an Antique Marlin model 1893 lever action rifle in .32-40. This rifle was manufactured in 1894, and features a walnut stock and forend with crescent steel buttplate, case colored receiver, and 26" round barrel with full length magazine tube. The stock has been repaired at some point, but is very solid. There are only light trace amounts of case coloring on the receiver, loading gate shows original bluing, barrel and magazine show a fine gray patina. Action is excellent, and bore show softened rifling, but no severe pitting. Antique, no FFL required.
