Marlin 336 30-30 Texan w/Short Barrel 18.5" JM Stamp Lever Action

Description:
For sale is a vintage Marlin model 336 in 30-30 Win lever action. Made in 1982. No cross bolt safety. JM stamped, made in North Haven, Conneticut. Straight stock "Texan" model with the shorter 18.5" barrel rather than the regular 20". Includes the original hood over the front sight and the bullseye is in the buttstock. The rifle is in overall very good condition with only a few light scratches on the stock. The bluing is very good with no signs of bluing loss. There are a few superficial scratches on the parts of the bluing but overall, in very good shape. A few marks on the top of the receiver where a scope had been mounted. Riflings look sharp and clean.
