Marlin Model 62 in 256 Win Mag Super Condition!
Description: Offering my Marlin Model 62 in 256 Winchester Magnum. Extremely nice condition from my personal collection. I only purchased the best available. Condition of stock and metal is all factory original and NEVER messed beautiful, as photos will show! Serial number 3066 early 1960's from my research making this a C & R available rifle and was purchased on my personal C & R license! Early all steel receiver with the original scope rail to boot. Comes with the Weaver scope assembly shown. I have developed a round for this rifle test fired only and found to be extremly accurate! I will furnish this load with buyer if wished. The action works as it should and is quite a pleasant round to shoot. At the time, I thought I would have more time in life to play with this rifle only to find old age caught up too fast. It's been a safe queen well protected. I had also purchased a full sized die set complete with bullet seater/crimper, and set of forming dies. These are a must if you wish to make extra brasses as it hasn't been made since the 60's and no longer available unless you get lucky with some NOS at high costs. There are a few guys "making" brass from 357 Win Mag brass but I found early on it;s NOT up to spec and poorly done. I have extra 75 pieces of new formed from once fired A-USA 357 mag brass that I have found to be great brass for reforming to factory specs! I have used these in my test fire with great results and no issues to speak of. I've been a reloader for near 55 years and have developed my skills as such. There are two magazines, one original that came with the rifle and another NOS one I found on the internet and purchased for $200 shipped! Today these mags cost a minimum of $200 bill if you can find an NOS one! Even used ones are very high priced and few and far between. Everything I have mentioned comes with this well kept rifle. Condition, mechanics and bore are the key to a quality collectible and this meets all requirements. I am also willing to sell just the rifle alone with "one" magazine for those having no interest in the extras mentioned! The rifle alone will be $1200 plus insured shipping. I can furnish more photos of included items etc if you request them! Unfortunately, G. I. only allows 15 photos and one must choose what may be best. This transaction requires either a copy of your C & R license or your FFL's license. It is YOUR responsibilty to to furnish your FFL with information so that they may email their license PLEASE! You may email copies to me and I will return as such. Please view all the photos for deatils and conditions and ask all questions prior to s close as ALL SALES FINAL!
