Description:
28 inch round barrel chambered in 32 RF caliber with a bright shiny excellent bore. Sights include a Lyman beaded blade front and King flattop sporting rear. Barrel and tubular magazine tube retain most all original blue with some light scratches. Receiver retains about 95% original blue with light wear and flaking and toning to brown. Hammer and lever retain good traces of case colors. Walnut stocks are very good with an added coat of finish over light dings and minor handling marks. Wood fits well and is proud to the metal. Crescent buttplate. Nice smooth functioning action. Comes with an additional rimfire firing pin. The Model 1892 was made from 1892-1916 and was later renamed the Model 92 in 1905. This fine example was likely manufactured between late 1907-1909.
