Marlin 1889 Carbine

Description:
Marlin Model 1889 carbine in 38-40 WCF. Barrel is 20" Most of the original blue finish remains on the barrel and magazine tube. The receiver has handling wear but no pitting. The bore is bright and shinny! Shoots cast bullets great. Could include a Lyman Ideal cast bullet mold. Have loaded 40 cal 180gr 40 S&W jacketed pistol bullets also. Wood is solid with no cracks or breaks, has never been sanded or refinished.. Scarce little Marlin carbine that will complement a Marlin lever gun collection. (SALE PENDING)
