Description:
Offered for your consideration is a superb original marlin model 39. The rifle functions exactly as it should and displays excellent bore / rifling. The rifle has ivory front sight bead and the inspector star on tang with "S" prefix serial number. The wood to metal fit is exactly as it would have been the day it left the factory. The bluing is exceptional and the colors on receiver still show well. The rifle also comes as shown with marbles tang sight with very rare large 1 1/8th aperture.
