Marlin model 39 pre 39A

I am offering this very early first model 39 Marlin Rifle. Caliber = 22 S-L-LR, Serial # 18547, first model made in 1922 to 1936, Barrel 23 inches. This first model 39 Marlin rifle in S-L-LP is a very nice early gun. The metal is 95% and the wood is 99% condition. If this rifle is all original, I cannot tell. I can see that all the screws on the rifle have not been turned. The case-colored receiver is still in very good condition. The bluing is beautiful Check my pictures closely they show the exact condition of this rifle.

Return Policy:  All firearms come with a 3 day non firing, no tinkering with (turning screws, taking apart, removing parts, scoping, firing, cleaning or altering in any way)
The firearm may be returned for any reason, buy the buyer must notify the seller within three (3) calendar day inspection period. 
The buyer must start the return within the next four (4) calendar days to receive a complete refund, less all shipping, transaction fees and FFL charges.  On a return, the buyer must not remove the firearm from the FFL premises without approval of the seller.  Once the firearm has been received by the seller and inspected, a prompt refund will be issued.  Shipping must start within one week of receipt of the item.  The return shipping must be of equal shipping level, including insurance.  The return item MUST be in the same condition as when shipped to the buyer.  This is an inspection period only, a gun is not to be fired or disassembled.  Sellers written permission is required to allow the buyer to take down a takedown model during the inspection period.  Upon the receipt and inspection of the returned gun, the seller agrees to issue a prompt refund.
