Absolutely stunning example of a Special Order 1905 Marlin Model '94 chambered in 44-40 Winchester. Retains all factory features as stated on letter from 1998 from Cody Firearms Museum. Professionally restored a decade ago by the master Bill Schwarz. I called Bill today before I took the pictures of this rifle and he told me that the work was $4500 10 years ago to restore this fine, special order rifle. Factory letters as a Marlin 94 made in 1905, chambered in 44-40 Winchester with a 20" half-octagon, half-round barrel, pistol grip stock, takedown receiver. Comes as shown with factory letter, test target, and two boxes of vintage 44-40 ammo.
