The Marlin 336 has been in production since 1948. This example was manufactured in 2003 and is serial numbered 97031129. The gun has 99% original factory finishes on its barrel, receiver, lever, and perfect screws. The stock is above average for figure and has some fiddleback evident across the comb and is fitted with a Marlin pad. The checkering is in excellent condition. The gun is chambered for the popular .35 Remington cartridge and has a mirror bore. This Model has a cross bolt safety which makes it quieter to make ready with less noise to spook your quarry. This gun is fitted with see through scope rings for quick access to the blade and elevator sight. This package includes a 3-9x44mm Bushnell scope, and is all set up and ready to go! Thanks for looking!
