Marlin 444S, .444 Marlin Caliber, 22” Barrel, 3-9 x 40 Scope, JM Marked, SN: 19004611

Description:
 This Marlin model 444S was manufactured in 1981 and remains in excellent condition, perhaps 99%. It is chambered in the hard-hitting Marlin 444 caliber cartridge. A 3-9 x 40 Scope is mounted and included. At arm’s length the receiver and barrel bluing looks perfect but a critical eye will find a few tiny marks. The photos show all defects and enlarge them so they can be seen. Notice that there is very minor wear on the lever indicating little use. The action functions as new and the Micro Groove barrel looks new as well. The barrel shows the “JM” mark indicating the desirable Marlin made barrel. The wood shows light handling marks expected with age and overall condition of this rifle. The one dent and worn area is shown in the photograph. Overall, this beautiful rifle is in excellent plus condition and would enhance your collection.

ALL Federal, State, & Local firearms laws will be followed.  I will take NO shortcuts in the process of a legal sale or transfer, so please don’t ask.
SHIPPING: 
Shipments are made via U.S.P.S. Priority Mail, Insured, with Signature required. Shipping and Insurance cost for this Long Gun is $80.00.

FIREARMS:
          Modern firearms, post 1898, can only be shipped to a Type 01 Federal Firearms License address.  Curio-Relic firearms, as defined by the BATF list, can usually be shipped to a Type 03 Collectors License address.
A signed valid FFL license copy will be required for shipment to the license address.

Your complete satisfaction is assured, see objective above.  If you are not satisfied, please contact me within 3 days of receipt.  Please don’t fire the weapon, safety, function and accuracy are NOT Guaranteed.  Any weapon offered by Beaver Creek Arms is never test fired nor is there any representation that the gun is functional and safe to fire.  These guns are sold as collectors and only represented as used firearms that must be checked by a competent person, observe all the necessary safety precautions prior to attempting to load and fire one of these weapons.
RETURNS:
Returns must be made within 3 days of receipt. They must be received in exactly the same condition with no parts exchanged.  If it has been altered, damaged, or fired, a refund will not be made.  Packing, shipping and insurance cost will not be refunded.  All layaway purchases are returnable for merchandise credit only.
 PAYMENT: 
Bank check, Personal check, and Money Orders are preferred. Visa and MasterCard are accepted with a 4% processing fee. For Visa and MasterCard orders please provide the account number, code number, expiration date, name on card, phone number and card billing address.
 LAYAWAYS: 
A 20% deposit is required.  Balance is due in 30 days. Deposits are non-refundable and are forfeited after 40 days.  Layaway sales are returnable for merchandise credit only.
SALES TAX: 
Pennsylvania state sales tax is 6% for in-state purchases. The payment of other states’ sales tax, if applicable, for shipped items is the buyers responsibility.
