Marlin Model 9 Camp Carbine, serial number 000959. This 9mm semi-auto carbine was made by Marlin from 1985 to 1999. We believe that this is a first year production model, with the six digit serial number. It has a 16 1/2 inch micro groove (12 groove rifling) barrel, steel receiver drilled and tapped for a scope, and weighs 6 3/4 pounds.
This Camp 9 is in nearly perfect condtion. There is no pitting, bore is bright like new with sharp riflings, and the wood is excellent. We did put in a new buffer, as they tend to be worn on these, though the original was intact and showed no damage.
We test fired the Camp 9 and it performed great. You can watch a video of our test firing on our YouTube channel, FernwoodArmoryTV.
Original manual, factory 12 round magazine and an additional 30 round magazine (aftermarket) are included.
