This custom schuetzen rifle is stocked in high-grade English walnut checkered 24 lpi. This rifle is built on an original Pacific Ballard action with double set triggers. The receiver is finished with Turnbull case colors, the barrel is rust blued. Barrel weight is #4 and was fit and chambered by Bud Welch. An unused custom bullet mold that matches bore dimensions is included along with new Lyman mold dandles, a new lead dipper, and a bottle of mold prep. A custom Mike Stevens bullet breech seater is included; this breech seater uses a special sight base as a fulcrum for leverage. A Pope style re-decapper is included. Scope blocks for Unertl posa mount rings are installed. A high-end custom wind gauge front sight is installed on this rifle. Finally, 20 new 32-40 cases are included in the event that a shooter wishes to use fixed ammunition.
Note: The schuetzen style butt plate will be a good fit foe shooters with average or small upper arm size. Shooters with large upper arms may need to remove the top horn to provide the best fit for off-hand shooting.
