MARLIN MODEL 1893 RIFLE IN 25-36 MARLIN

Description:
26 inch round barrel chambered in 25-36 Marlin caliber with a frosted bore that shows light roughness throughout. Sights include a Rocky Mountain blade front and a sporting rear with a Marlin receiver sight. Special Smokeless Steel barrel and full length magazine tube have thinning blue in the protected areas with the balance a plum/brown patina. Receiver is a mottled gray/brown patina. Hammer and lever have slight traces of case colors. Loading gate is a blue/brown. Smooth functioning action. Walnut forearm is in good condition while the stock has a repair at the wrist. A rifle style buttplate. This Marlin Model 1893 was manufactured approximately in 1905-1906.
