The Dark series combines all the ergonomic features of modernized firearms with the classic lever-action design of Marlin‚s popular model 1895 rifles. The rifle features a lightweight nylon-reinforced polymer stock, rubber buttpad and adjustable cheek riser, fiber optic ghost ring sights, and a picatinny optic rail and M-LOK forearm for mounting optics and other accessories. The rifle also features a threaded barrel with a pre-installed muzzle break and optional thread protector.

This model is chambered in .45-70 Government and features a black Cerakote finish and a 5-round capacity.
