"Argentine 1891 Mauser cavalry carbine 7.65×53mm (L2025-14487)

Description:
"Serial number C3958. Made in Germany by Deutsche Waffen-und Munitionsfabriken (""DWM"") in 1899 with a 17.6-inch barrel that has a bright bore with strong visible rifling. Marked with an in tact Argentine national crest as well as Phrygian cap & ""clasped hands"" proofs. Equipped with a stripper clip fed 5-round single stack magazine, a slide adjustable ladder rear sight assembly with graduations out to 1,400m & side-mounted sling attachment points. Condition overall is very good with original factory polished blue finish on the barrel, receiver & magazine. The bolt is unfinished, which is how it came The walnut furniture is in good condition with only minor handling wear consistent with military service. Two black adhesive labels are on the left side of the gun identifying the model designation & the caliber. Comes with a brown leather sling.
