"Turkish WWI Mauser Gew 98 Bolt Action Rifle 8mm Mauser (L2025-09200)

Description:
"Serial No. 7417F, made in 1918, 8mm, 29 ½" round barrel. Original German Gew 98 rifle later reissued by Turkey. Metal finish has thinned to a dark grey/plum patina, showing its age and long service life. Serial numbers are matching, though the bolt is unmarked. Receiver markings remain sharp and legible. Stock shows light handling wear consistent with use and age. Action is smooth and functions correctly. Cleaning rod is not present. A historically significant example of a WWI German Mauser repurposed by the Turkish Republic
