Argentine Mauser Model 1909 Cavalry Carbine with bayonet. Receiver marked "F.M.A.P. Mauser Mod. 1909", "Direccion General De Fabricaciones Militares". Top of receiver marked with Argentine Crest over "Ejercito Argentino". Serial #006616. Stock looks original but has no number, and has a hand rubbed military oil finish with no issues. Chambered for the 7.65x53mm cartridge. 5-round magazine capacity. Turned down bolt. 21.5 inch barrel with muzzle cap. Full length stock with 2/3 length hand-guard. Rear sight graduated from 200 to 1400 meters. Bore is very clean , strong rifling and slight roughness in grooves but not pitted.good with some minor pitting. Top of barrel near the muzzle has areas of corrosion and some touch-up blue. We don’t have asite .I prefer money orders or a check. Item ships when funds come in.
