Description:
This awesome estate find is an unfired German K-98 with a small Israeli Star of David stamped on the barrel.
The receiver is stamped with "BCD" for Gustloff Werk.
The receiver also has only a "4" stamped on it for the date where there is usually two digits.
The gun and added Israeli grenade launcher are without a blemish.
The blue would rate 99+% it is without a scratch or a rub mark,
The lacquered stock also without a blemish, retains 99+% of the original factory lacquer.
All numbered parts match.
The feed ramp, bolt face and follower show no use.
The bore is laser bright with scalpel sharp rifling.
The grenade launcher is covered with Israeli writing and easily removed with the checkered knobs
The original front sight cover is on the sight.
I seriously doubt that there is a finer Israel K-98 with attached grenade launcher to be found.
Certainly itis a candidate for a major place in any W.W.II collection
