Description: Pre-WORLD WAR II German MAUSER Model 350 Series PATRONE Bolt Action Rifle SINGLE SHOT Training/Target Rifle Here we present a C&R German Mauser Werke Model 350 Series Patrone Rifle manufactured circa the 1930s. This single shot bolt action Mauser Werke rifle was manufactured in Oberndorf, Germany and was used primarily as a target or training rifle, though of course even a .22 rimfire would have been a useful weapon to a partisan or civilian during the war. The Mauser logo is on top of the action and the receiver wall is marked “MAUSER WERKE A.G. OBERNDORF A.N.”, along with various proof marks. The right side of the stock is clearly stamped with the Mauser logo. The overall condition is very good. Original blue preserved. Strong action. Nice 2-stage trigger. Bright, nicely rifled bore. Solid stock containing and expected amount of wear. The numbers match and visible markings are sharp. No import markings lends credence to the possibility of this being a bring-back by a GI. This is a neat little piece of German and military history. This firearm is classified as a Curio & Relic. Barrel is 25-1/2 inches.
