7x57 7mm Mauser 20" Mannlicher Carbine FN Custom Rifle CA OK C&R OK

Description:
Handsome and usable early 50's custom rifle. FN action, magazine floorplate reads "Custombilt By George G Bowen 1952"
Nice walnut stock with sharp checkering and neat multi-point wrap around pattern on the fore end.
13-1/4" pull from trigger over steel butt plate.
20" barrel with very nice bore and rifling. Not absolutely perfect, but very nice. Looks like it may have seen corrosive ammo at some point.
Bolt face looks nice and clean.
We had our gunsmith come up with a Burris scope base to utilize the existing tapped holes in the receiver. Now, just add a scope and go hunting.
Weight 7-3/4 pounds.
