98 Mauser, post war German 8x57

Description:
Sale pending // Light weight at 6 pounds, 2 ounces. Neat post war German 8X57 Sporter.
Name on barrel: Helmut Dinger Kaiser Slautern. 23 inch barrel with original open sights intact, receiver has never been drill and tapped for scope mounts. 14 1/8 inch pull over original butt plate. Nice bore with strong rifling. There is a 9 55 stamp on the barrel near the receiver, I assume manufacture date? These German Sporters come up like nothing else I’ve handled. Sights seem to lined up automatically. $598 plus $35 insured shipping. Lay-a-way available, no credit cards and no trades. C&R ok.
