AN EXQUISITE STERLING DAVENPORT 300H&H MAGNUM

Description:
300H&H STERLING DAVENPORT BOLT-GUN
A beautiful and deadly, Sterling Davenport 300H&H Magnum, built on a Mauser '98 action. It has a 22" Douglas barrel, Blackburn bottom metal and a Timney trigger. The stock sports a skeletal grip cap, 13 7/8" LOP to a Silvers red recoil pad. In addition, the stock has a Rigby red, hand rubbed oil finish, on a beautiful piece of English walnut that has been fashioned after an old Rigby rifle from 1920's. The stock also has a double lined cheekpiece, a gold oval inlay and an ebony tipped fore-end. The barrel has hooded front sight and rear fixed blade sight regulated 100yds. The gun has been hunted some so it has some minor bruises. This is a magnificient rifle.
