Description:
A beautiful sporter from a bygone era, this Model B produced by Mauser Oberndorf is coined the "Up Market" model, which features unique Double-set triggers, sight blocks for scope mounting, English express iron sights, and has had its bore re-drilled to accept 8x57mm Mauser instead of its traditional 7mm Mauser round, which can be confirmed on the top and bottom of the barrel when dissasembled. The proofmarks date the rifle to be a pre-1912 Mauser build, and also features an angel-style flat bolt. There is a defined split on the very top of the buttplate, however, the metal, wood, and rifling have remained in excellent condition with minor wear and aging. No extras are included. 8x57mm Mauser
