This is a Mauser custom rifle buy Upstate NY gun maker Richard Shoemaker. The rifle has a very nice fitted high grade walnut stock with a Monty Carlo comb and cheek along with a checkered pistol grip and a blue steel grip cap. The barrel is a medium contour with a deep blue finish and a rear express sight with 1 standing and 3 folding leafs, the front is a blade on ramp with a Gold color bead. The receiver is drilled and tapped if you want to mount a scope. If you need or want a heavy bore this is it.
