"Reduced from $2,000". You will know more about this one than I do as my specialty is rimfire rifles but I do know quality. The headstamp says "Mauser" and it has the original 7.62 factory barrel installed. The seller said it was an 8MM but I have no way of knowing for sure as it was a trade on a high end Anschutz. I briefly though about simply rebarreling it to 257 Roberts but I already have 3 rimfires builds in different stages. The wood and finish are are gorgeous with full tight fiddleback from one end to the other on both sides. Whoever the gunsmith was did a great job and even installed retaining screws in the floorplate screws. It has been drilled and tapped for Leupold mounts (included). Please view all the high quality photos to determine conditon for yourself as they are part of the description. The price listed is for cash but credit cards are available for an additional 3 1/2%. Shipping to the lower 47 (no shipping to CA) will be $40. Insurance is not included but highly recommended.
