M96 Swedish Mauser - Numbers Matching - 6.5X55mm Swedish

Description:
This M96 Swedish Mauser was manufactured by Carl Gustafs Stads Gevärsfaktori in 1909. We find this rifle to be a numbers-matching rifle, as shown in the photos. This rifle has both Walnut stock and handguard that are matching in finish, wear and color. We find no cracks in the wood. We do however have the normal amount of handling storage and shipping marks of which many could be steamed out. There are four holes present on the right side of the buttstock where the ammunition elevation plate was located.
Bore is bright and clean as usually found on swedish mausers. Muzzle is threaded. 
Cleaning rod is present and does not have matching serial number.

Import marks are located on underside of barrel near muzzle
