Description: Here's a Johnson Automatic Rifle Model of 1941 ! Serial number A3172 . I was told it's in the correct ser. # range for the the batch that went to the U.S.M.C. ! Comes with a original WW2 Leather sling made by Boyt and dated 1942. Gun is 100 % correct and original ! Has proper 30-06 markings on the barrel and face of barrel . Gun is in stunning original condition ! Gun has all of its original finish still remaining. Few handling scratches and dings present . Markings are razor sharp . Original wood in excellent condition . Ther a small sliver of wood missing where the top of the butt plate meets the wood . The rest of the wood is in Excellent condition., bore and mechanics are in excellent condition ! Gun locks up tight and is in excellent working condition ! Super example of the Holy Grail of WW2 !
