Description: As America's involvement in World War II became an abrupt reality, the need for an abundance of arms quickly turned into a priorty. This 1903 A3 was made by a typewriter manufacturer called Smith-Corona to produce arms for the war effort. They also manufactured many other needed items, like bomb fuses, portable cipher machines, ammunition, as well as their typewriters. This 1903 A3 was made in 1944 and is in very good condition, with typical marks in the stock from handling as well as marks on the barrel tip and front sight.
