"British Enfield No. 4 MkI bolt action rifle .303 British (R42657)

"

Serial No. 49Y6656, made in 1945, .303 British, 25"" round import marked barrel. Receiver is marked FTR on the left side with the year 1949, socket is still marked 1945 and original serial number is faint. Bore is good with light frosting visible in the grooves, rifling remains strong. Stock is very good with light handling and usage wear visible. ""ZF"" is stamped on the right side of the butt stock, more than likely the butt stock was salvaged from a rifle that was deemed unfit for service. Action is smooth and functions correctly.
