"WWII Inland M1 Carbine with Post War Alterations .30 carbine (R44611) Consignment

Description:
"Serial No. 5330853, made in 1944, .30 carbine, 18" round barrel marked “INLAND MFG. DIV./ GENERAL MOTORS/7-44". Bore is bright and shiny with strong rifling noted. Carbine has been upgraded with bayonet lug, flip safety and Type III Stamped Adjustable rear sight. Light surface oxidation is noted on the barrel and bolt. Low wood stock has been refurbished with minimal nicks, dings and scratches noted. Action is smooth and functions correctly, comes with oiler and sling. Consignment
