H&R M1 Garand 30.06
Description:
This Harrington and Richardson (H&R) M1 Garand shows to be built about November, 1955 by serial number and the markings on the side of the chamber. Likely restocked in 1965 with circled P on handgrip.
It is in very good shape and would be graded excellent except for dings on the right side of the forearm grip. Perhaps they could possibly be ironed out (warm iron on moist towel over the dings) like they used to do.
The bore is excellent, shiny, with no corrosion, all the way through with great lands and grooves. It bore measures .3002.
The price for you includes the used bayonet and scabbard as well. Bayonet is a M5 Cold war model or Model 1943 as desired.
