Here is a great condition M1 Garand originally produced by Springfield Armory in December of 1944. This rifle has a new production Criterion barrel ($300 value) and will prove to be an excellent shooter. The rifle has a 7790722 SA operating rod, a mixture of WW2 and post war internal parts, a -19 SA bolt, and a type 3 WW2 locking bar rear sight. The trigger housing is a -7 SA, hammer is -5 SA, unmarked SA safety, and a -3 SA forged trigger guard. The stock is unmarked USGI with a hand painted 80 rack number on the bottom of the pistol grip from its place in the unit armory rack. The wood is in good serviceable condition for an issued service grade rifle. This will be a great rifle to add to a collection or take out to the range and enjoy.
