Rare WWI French Mle. 1917 RSC MA T 8mm Lebel Semi-Auto Rifle Early Model

Description:
Really a super condition example of the rare French Mle. 1917 RSC 8mm Lebel semi-auto rifle. This is the early model with the aluminum cocking knob. MA T 1917 marked. September 1917 stock cartouche. Matching numbers with the exception of transitional bolt hold open device. From what we can tell, this gun is missing the gas block. We have not fired this gun. Good mechanical function. Retains 90% original finish overall. Markings are clear. As with some of these, the receiver is not marked on the left side. Wood has some light dings and handling marks. No cracks. We have not disassembled this gun. Bore is fine with strong sharp rifling. Not import marked. Serial number F21168

We do not put any ammo in it or disassemble to check internal parts. We will sometimes take off barrels or stocks in an attempt to prevent damage in shipping. We only sell used guns, and have no way to know how many rounds have been through them.  WE DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONALLY. ALL FIREARMS, REGARDLESS OF AGE OR FEDERAL ANTIQUE STATUS have to be shipped to a dealer for transfer within NY. Other states are fine, depending on your state laws. We will not ship to a New York, NJ, or CA C&R holder, a standard FFL is required.  There are some states in which a C&R handgun MUST be shipped to a dealer, such as MD. Please know your local laws. We are not going to risk OUR livelihood. WE DO NOT OFFER ANY IN STORE PICK UP, EVERYTHING WILL BE SHIPPED.
