A blade front sight with protective sides and a flip aperture rear sight. The butt stock is a smooth grip hardwood pistol grip. The forearm is a smooth grip two-piece hardwood. Serial Number 4338511. The barrel is marked "Buffalo 11 - 43". This WWII Era lightweight short, barreled battle rifle was issued to paratroops, equipment drivers and officers in battle theaters around the globe. NPM produced over 400,000 carbines and were considered to be one of the highest quality carbines. It comes with 1 magazine. .30 Carbine
