Originally manufactured in Massachusetts by New England Westinghouse Company for Russia during World War 1. New England Westinghouse Company Model 1891 ( American Mosin Nagant ) chambered in 7.62x54mmR with a five round internal magazine capacity and a 32" barrel. Originally blued butt plate, trigger guard, hexagon receiver and barrel. Unfinished bolt with twist knob bolt safety. Adjustable rear ladder sight and fixed front blade. Smooth wood forend with finger splice and straight stock. Under barrel removable cleaning rod. Metal loops for mounting a shoulder sling. You don't see many of these from Westinghouse. A nice collector piece. Shows plenty of patina. 7.62X54R
