Antique Swedish Mauser 94/14 Carbine
Description:
Mauser built 1894 carbine built for Sweden and updated to the 94/14 when the bayonet attachment was added in 1914. This antique carbine shows a bright excellent 6.5 X 55 cal bore in the 18" extended barrel. The extension beyond the frost sight guard was added by the importers to allow these carbines to be imported. This example shows overall very good plus blue. It is all matching No 3555 the exception of the bolt which is a correct carbine bolt but shows number 159. The wood is all original showing normal usage marks. The right side shows the early M/94 marked 1 25 over No 408 (25th infantry Reg carbine #408. Included with this carbine is an excellent 94/14 bayonet and scabbard . An overall very good to excellent antique 94/14 Swedish Mauser carbine. Antique
