On consignment we have a U.S. Springfield Type I model 1863 Rifle Musket in .58 Cal. This rifle features a walnut stock that has been sanded but still shows visible cartouche. Gun has bright finished iron mountings, 1863 dated lockplate, and 40" barrel. Lockplate markings and VP/eagle barrel markings are all very legible. NO FFL required.
