WW2 German 1944 DOU. K98 8mm ALL MATCHING

Description:
1944 K98 German WW2 rifle maufactured by Waffenwerke Brunn AG in Czechoslovakia with the code DOU.  This is a late 1944 produced K98 as indicated by the letters gg stamped under the serial number 874.  The serial number of 874 is on the bolt and the rear of the bolt as shown in the pictures.  The number 74 is on the inside of the site, the base of the site and on the rear of the bolt that sticks out when cocked. Bottom of the bolt has a Eagle/63 stamped indicating military acceptance.  On the bottom of the trigger floor plate there is an Eagle/214 official Army inspector's mark.  The Plum colored extractors and bolt release springs are the correct color as shown in the pictures. Stock has no dings or scratches. Bore is bright with no pitting.  This K98 has been in my collection for 25+ years.
