Description:
For your consideration is an Arisaka Type 44 Cavalry Carbine. This is the 3rd variation which featured an improved bayonet mount with stock reinforcing screws.

Condition:

• Original blue finish is mostly intact, with some patina on the trigger guard loop and faded buttplate
• Markings: Clear and sharp, matching hardware serial numbers except for two parts on rear sight (ladder and locking button, the sight bar matches). Mum removed, there are no import marks
• Stocks: Fine, no cracks or chips, tight fitment. Numbers match on handguard and forearm, buttstock is unmarked
• Bayonet: Excellent fit and finish, locks/releases nicely
• Bore: Good with worn rifling and some pitting, should still put a bullet down range accurately
• Mechanics: Strong with crisp and smooth action, all controls function as designed

All firearms have a 3-day, no firing inspection period from the date the item is received at your FFL Dealer or C&R. The firearm cannot leave the FFL premises prior to inspection/acceptance. The date received is the date the item is shown as delivered by the tracking information provided by the shipping entity.
Returns are only accepted for items that arrive at the transfer agent in a condition other than advertised in the listing. Returns must be left with the transfer agent.
Firearms returned for other than damage or misrepresentation will have all shipping/ fees and a restocking fee of 15% subtracted from the refund. Any damage incurred in transit is the responsibility of the shipping agent (USPS, UPS, etc.). I will assist with any claim, but any damages will be paid by the shipping agent.
