Serial No. 3369076, made mid 1943, .30 carbine, 18"" round barrel marked ""Saginaw S.G. Division/ General Motors"" No date is present. Bore is bright with strong rifling visible. Metal is turning to a grey/brown patina with mottled surface oxidation visible. Type C bayonet lug is marked ""JI"", Low wood stock has expected nicks, dings and scratches noted. Sling well is marked ""BR-B"" action functions correctly.
