It has an 18-inch barrel.
A blade front sight marked S G with protective sides and an adjustable aperture rear sight.
The butt stock is a smooth grip hardwood pistol grip.
The forearm is a smooth grip two-piece hardwood.
Serial Number 5851585 made in February 1944.
The barrel is stamped W in a circle.

This WWII Era lightweight short, barreled battle rifle was issued to paratroops, equipment drivers and officers in battle theaters around the globe in WWII, Korea and early VietNam. It comes with one 20 round magazine

Metal Condition: Excellent, no corrosion or rust.
Wood Condition: Excellent, Marked SG on right cheek of stock.
Bore Condition: Bright with strong rifling
Barrels: 18 Inches round
