Up for sale we have a beautiful WWII M1 Carbine Semi-Automatic Rifle made by the GM subsidiary Saginaw Steering Gear in 30 Carbine. Rifle is late war production. 5.8M serial number. Sagninaw marked barrel and receiver. I did not break it down to verify other parts. This rifle is in great condition maintaining all of the original finish and a undamaged M1 stock aside from some marks as shown. No cracks. The action is smooth and functions as it should. The barrel is 18 inches long with a mint bore and crown. The M1 carbine was a workhorse for the United States Military for both WWII and Korea and it is known for its reliability and accuracy. The rifle seems to be all matching and the receiver is marked Saginaw at the rear under the rear sight. The triggerpull is very light and breaks without alot of effort. It is a fine addition to any collection. This rifle is import marked. Shipping is 60$.
