H&R Garand Service Grade Special CMP M1 Garand

Up for sale is a H&R M1 Garand in excellent condition. I purchased this rifle from the CMP. It was rated as a Service Grade Special. The rilfe came with a new birch stock which was common for many of these rifles that were never issued, but had the stock removed for another rilfe in refurb. All the parts appear to be original as it left the factory. The bore is bright and gauges like new. The stock was purchased from Dean's Gun Restorations with a nice grade of walnut. The exterior condition of the metal and stock is as shown in the pictures. The H&R rifles are generally known as accurate shooters.
