Springfield Armory M1 Garand October 1943 Rebuilt Post War
Description:
Here is a beautiful Springfield Armory M1 Garand originally produced in October of 1943 and subsequently rebuilt post war. This rifle has an HRA barrel dated October of 1954, a 6535382 IHC operating rod, a -12 SA bolt, a mixture of WW2 and post war internal parts, and a type 3 WW2 locking bar battle sight. The trigger housing is a -12 SA, SA post war hammer, -6 SA safety, and a stamped trigger guard. The USGIbwood on this rifle is beautiful but does exhibit wear commensurate with a service rifle. This is a great example of a WW2 M1 Garand that anyone would be proud to display in their collection or take to the range.
