"French WWl 1907/15 Bertheir rifle 8mm Lebel (R38911)

Serial No. N99469, made in 1917, 8mm Lebel, 32"" round barrel. A true example of a hard used WWl French rifle. Scattered oxidation in noted throughout metals surface. Wood shows dings, scratches and marring, wood loss is visible left side by receiver. Aresenal repairs are also noted on the butt stock. Bore is dark with rifling visible. Action functions correctly, bolt is non-matching.
